Your PKU journey,
managed with confidence
MyPKU helps people living with Phenylketonuria track blood phenylalanine levels, connect with others who understand, and access tools built specifically for the PKU lifestyle.

What is PKU?
Phenylketonuria (PKU) is an inherited metabolic disorder that prevents the body from breaking down phenylalanine which is an amino acid found in most protein-containing foods. Without careful management, high phenylalanine levels can cause serious neurological harm.
People with PKU need to monitor their blood phenylalanine levels regularly through home blood spot testing, maintain a strict low-protein diet, and stay in close contact with their metabolic team. MyPKU is built to make that process simpler.
