Shop orders are fulfilled by MyPKU Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17196934).

2. Where we ship
We currently ship physical products to the following countries:
- United Kingdom
- Ireland
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@mypku.co.uk before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
3. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 14 days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email from Stripe at the time of purchase.
4. Estimated delivery times
The following are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by postal service delays, public holidays, and customs processing.

5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. You will see the full cost, including any shipping charges, before confirming payment.
6. Customs, duties, and taxes
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure of applicable charges before placing your order.
7. Order tracking
Where a tracking number is available for your order, we will email it to you at the address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
8. Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe above, please contact us at support@mypku.co.uk and we will investigate with the postal service. Please allow a few extra days beyond the estimated window before contacting us, particularly for international orders.
9. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@mypku.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
